If you would like to submit a quote, please read the RFQ and follow the instructions in Section 3, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it as requested in Section 3 (pages 17-18).
The close date and time is April 1, 2008 at 4.30 pm. Quotes must be delivered to American Embassy Singapore and American Embassy Bandar Seri Begawan by fax or email.
A site visit will not be required as concrete planters have yet to be manufactured and installed.
The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to a responsible company submitting a technically acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract based on initial offers, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
