Request for Quotation No. SSN10009Q8809 is for the acquisition of short-term vehicle rental services within Negara Brunei Darussalam for the American Embassy in Bandar Seri Begawan.
To obtain RFQ No. SSN10009Q8809, interested quoters must request a copy of the RFQ by e-mail from stellah@state.gov by January 19, 2009. A soft copy of the RFQ will then be sent to the requestor by return e-mail.
If you would like to submit a quote, please read the RFQ and follow the instructions in Section L, INSTRUCTIONS, CONDITIONS, AND NOTICES TO QUOTERS.
The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to a responsible company submitting a technically acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract based on initial offers, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
